Additionally, I am having trouble adding a second card to my app as it says the card is already registered. I kindly request assistance with these inquiries. I went to the Dunkin's in Miami Beach at 6 p.m. yesterday. Mr. Michel assisted me. I am a Hispanic white individual and felt discriminated against by his poor service. I was there to buy 2 dozen donuts with my 5-year-old son. Initially, I mentioned the promotion for the 2 dozen donuts, but he rudely said it wasn't possible. When I asked for specific donuts, he seemed annoyed and chose for me. I insisted on making my own selection, but he became grumpy. My son then wanted ice cream, and Mr. Michel demanded payment upfront without letting us see the sizes or flavors available. Frustrated, I requested cash back, but he ignored me until a different lady took over, helping us with the incorrect order. Mr. Michel's attitude was unacceptable, and I felt mistreated in front of my son. I will be making a formal complaint. Thank you.

I had a bad experience at the store when they did not fix my drink even though my husband pointed out the mistake. This has happened twice this week, and both times they forgot to add my raspberry swirl that I ordered through the app. The Clearlake store only has a 2.7 rating on their reviews, and others I've spoken to agree that the workers there are not friendly and tend to mess up orders without fixing them. There is no phone number on the receipt or online to address complaints, which is frustrating. I have spent $33.00 this week alone, and only my Carmel frozen coffee was made correctly. I will not return to that store, and I plan to share my experience on my best friend's YouTube channel, where she has [redacted],[redacted] followers, if this issue is not resolved.

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts on North Memorial Parkway in Huntsville, AL, at 5:30 pm on June 6th. My usual coffee was unusually sweet because they added something to it. I kindly asked for another one, but the female employee's sarcastic response was embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable. Despite this, I wanted to share my feedback because I generally enjoy your coffee and want to continue being a customer. I hope the employee learns to respond with kindness and tact in the future. Today, I visited my local Dunkin' in Berlin, NH [redacted] around 4:45 pm. A gentleman with pink nail polish took my order. When I tried to pay with a $[redacted] bill, he said they couldn't accept it as per management, although there was no sign indicating this policy. I suggested they should have a sign, to which he agreed but still didn't accept my payment. This location in Berlin has room for improvement; I frequently encounter issues there. The drive-through service is lacking as well, often directing cars to park and bringing orders outside, which I find inefficient for the line of cars.

Store #[redacted] in Lake Worth, Florida I am extremely disappointed by the service I received today. I am a valued customer at this store and had a coupon that was valid until tomorrow. The employee named Clifford refused to honor it, claiming it was expired. Even if it were expired, I was willing to pay the full price without any issue. Clifford was very rude, huffing and puffing while ringing me up. When I tried to politely express that I wasn't finished with my order around 2pm, he became even more disrespectful. After paying full price for my order, he even threw it at me. This behavior towards a loyal customer is unacceptable. The other customers in the store felt sorry for me and agreed that Clifford lacked professionalism and respect. Due to this experience, I will avoid this location if he is working. My late husband always believed in "the customer is always right," and in his business, he would have still honored the coupon to keep a customer. Unfortunately, your employee had serious issues that need to be addressed.

I've sent five emails to DD and am becoming frustrated with the lack of response. I have two issues to address. Firstly, around a month ago, I used a free beverage coupon for a Large Strawberry Coolatta via the mobile app's on-the-go ordering feature. The coupon did not work, and I was charged the full price despite the order history stating the coupon was applied. Secondly, I received multiple emails claiming free beverages, followed by one confirming a free beverage coupon as an apology, yet I only received one coupon instead of the expected four due to missing three others earned previously. I am seeking a prompt response to resolve these issues and would appreciate a refund and retrieval of my missing free beverage coupons.

I have been attempting to contact your customer service through phone, the Dunkin' online page, and email since the beginning of June. None of my messages through the online forum were addressed. When calling the customer support line with my wife, we have made at least 10 calls, often getting disconnected after holding for 45 minutes to an hour. Today, when I finally spoke to someone, she mentioned you were busy and seemed to imply it was my fault I had an issue with your customer service. Although she provided me with [redacted] points, this does not resolve the problem. As a long-time customer, I am requesting a call back within 24 hours. If not, I will have to file a formal complaint with the local and state Chamber of Commerce offices and share my experience on social media. Thank you.

Hello, I'm reaching out because I work at Dunkin' in Plainfield, Illinois. I've been attempting to locate the area manager's contact information without success. I'm currently facing an issue where my manager scheduled me during times I had requested off for school obligations and a doctor's appointment, even after the time off was approved in Estratex. My manager declined to rectify the situation and indicated I won't be working this week unless I cover someone else's shift. I had a negative experience at Dunkin' Donuts in Bronx NY on [redacted] Broadway. While there, a female employee was rude to me, despite the store being advertised as open 24 hours. I, along with two other customers, took our drinks to sit down due to feeling unwell, but the worker demanded we leave for cleaning. There seemed to be no clear seating time restrictions, and when we asked her, the employee gave conflicting answers. Additionally, another male worker was seen with a bottle of alcohol. Neither of the workers shared their names, and when we asked for the manager, we were ignored. The whole situation made us feel disrespected and insignificant as paying customers. It was an unpleasant encounter, and we believe actions should be taken against these employees to uphold the store's reputation.

My friend purchased a refill cup and had her drink remade three times. The manager slammed the cup on the counter, breaking the lid. Even the staff couldn't open it. When I asked for the manager, they said he left; the supervisor called and he returned in 10 minutes. He had a bad attitude, interrupting us until my sister confronted him. We asked for an apology, not a fake one. We expect better treatment as customers, following the golden rule. I plan to share our experience on Facebook regarding the poor treatment from your store manager today.

I encountered a rude glare from an employee when I requested my usual coffee with cream and sugar fixed. This happens a couple of times a week, and since I have a baby, going inside each time is challenging. I usually sip the coffee before realizing the mistake and politely ask for sugar. I used to love Dunkin' Donuts, but due to a new job, I now visit a different location in south Smyrna, DE, spending a significant amount there for their great coffee. It's frustrating that my simple order is frequently incorrect, and the unfriendly stare from the coffee maker was quite upsetting. I must express my appreciation for Dunkin Donuts; their coffee, food, and donuts are consistently delightful. Every Sunday, I treat my two daughters at our favorite Dunkin Donuts spot in Massillon, Ohio on Lincoln Way. Unfortunately, my recent visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter with a discourteous young lady taking my order. Her lack of enthusiasm and rude attitude over the speaker truly surprised me. Despite requesting to speak with the manager upon reaching the window, my plea was disregarded. To my surprise, my order was handed out with a brief apology, "this is on us." The lack of accountability for the poor service left me disheartened. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this particular Dunkin Donuts location, or possibly any others for a while.

I visited your store number [redacted] today to address an issue with one of your employees named Marixa. She has made mistakes with a few of my orders and has been unfriendly and disrespectful during my visits. On July 26, my fiancé and I were in the store, and she refused to assist us, claiming she was too busy. This behavior has been ongoing, and she walked away while my wife sought help. I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin Donuts for over 35 years, but I have never felt so disrespected by a member of your staff. Good products may attract customers, but poor customer service like this will drive them away. I kindly request to speak to someone in charge regarding this matter soon.

Today, I visited store [redacted] and noticed three employees working on online orders. Despite standing at the counter, none of the employees acknowledged me. After a few moments, I inquired about placing an order, and employee Randy mentioned that it is store policy to prioritize online orders. This policy seems unfair to many people, including over 30 individuals from neighboring businesses who share this sentiment. If this truly is the policy, please confirm. Otherwise, we might consider visiting the coffee shop next to your store and finding alternative options as this approach is perceived as disrespectful to customers physically present in the store. I recently visited a store in Roseville, Minnesota, located on Rice Street and County Road B. The store manager's behavior was extremely disappointing. Despite my attempts to communicate my order, she was rude and kept cutting me off. When I got home and discovered my order was incorrect, I returned to the store to ask for a replacement. The manager fixed the mistake but continued to speak to me in a disrespectful manner. When I requested grape jelly from another employee, she rudely denied my request. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This experience at Dunkin' Donuts was my first and last due to the manager's poor attitude and behavior.

1. I ordered a large vanilla chai and didn't receive the Sip Peel Win sticker. 2. Last week, I ordered a large vanilla chai, got the Sip Peel Win sticker, but the drink was weak. There was a thick layer of powder stuck to the bottom of the cup. 3. The chai I had today was warm but not hot. 4. The chai cups were just over half full with no froth; space is needed for froth, but there wasn't any. 5. The service is slow with many employees chatting non-work-related topics. The drive-thru line gets long, and there are delays in taking orders. Some employees are not attentive. 6. Some employees are friendly, but others hardly acknowledge customers, focusing on conversations with colleagues. Overall, the new store is spacious, clean, and beautiful but needs improvement in customer service efficiency.

This is the third time I've ordered an iced coffee and it's been incorrect despite speaking clearly. Today, I tasted it before leaving and noticed no Splenda, so I returned it. The employee ripped off the top, put it back on messily, and handed it to me with spills. When I asked for a napkin, she tossed them out the window carelessly. Her attitude is unacceptable for a top coffee store, and her behavior was rude throughout. I have brownish blond hair in an updo. The service was so rude that I won't be returning and will advise my friends to boycott the store.

This morning, I visited location 20 on Expressway Drive in Medford, NY. I inquired about the freshness of the muffins, and the server informed me they were not fresh, so I declined. When requesting light flavoring, I received light ice instead. The coffee was too sweet, so I asked for more, which was promptly added. However, upon returning to my car, I noticed the ice had melted, prompting me to ask for a cup of ice inside. The server requested I bring the drink in, and when I did, he added ice. Unfortunately, while holding the cup, coffee spilled on me. Despite asking for napkins to clean up, the situation worsened, resulting in more coffee on me. Frustrated, I realized I would smell like coffee all day. Ultimately, I decided to forgo the order and left it on the counter. The server disposed of it, and I left the establishment.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the store in Newberry, SC. I placed an order for 2 drinks through the app for walk-in pick-up this morning. Upon arrival at 7:40 a.m., I found the doors locked and discovered they were only serving through the drive-thru. After receiving the incorrect Pumpkin Spice drink instead of my Maple Pecan Swirl order, the lid was not secured properly, causing hot coffee to spill over my hand, sleeve, smart watch, and car. Despite the mishap, the staff did not offer any apologies or assistance. It took several attempts to receive the correct drink, with inadequate acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I was frustrated with the lack of customer service during the incident.
