My wife purchased what she believed were high-quality pants, but after wearing them only three times, the cheap plastic pocket snaps broke. I replaced them with brass snaps from a fabric store. I expected better durability from a company that advertises its products on TV. When I contacted customer service, the representative had a dismissive attitude, suggesting I send the pants back or just accept my bad luck. Disappointed, I mentioned considering other brands like North Face or Columbia in the future. I believe providing feedback is essential to maintain product standards and wish a company would stand by the quality of their items. To restore faith in Duluth products, I suggested they offer an incentive such as a coupon for a new pair of pants equal in value. Otherwise, I will feel cheated and share my negative experience with others. I value quality and hope this feedback aids Duluth in their manufacturing decisions. Good luck.

I placed order 3SO[redacted]31 back in December/January. The order arrived well, but the pants didn't fit true to size, so I had to make a return. Due to COVID, the return was delayed until February. After sending back the items, I waited a couple of weeks without any updates. When I called, they confirmed receiving the return but hadn't processed the exchange yet. They assured me it would be shipped promptly. After calling again today, I was told the items would be sent out soon, mentioning a possible delay due to inventory location. I believe better customer service involves keeping customers informed about such delays. A company should prioritize excellent customer service to uphold its reputation, rather than relying solely on guarantees like the "No Bull" policy.

The elastic in the Flex fire hose work pants (1810b) deteriorates within a year, leading to premature wear and tear. Despite expecting these pants to last longer, they tend to thin out and develop picks. Due to this, I had to repurpose a pair into shorts. When I visited the Warwick store, I encountered considerable arrogance, which surprised me, given their usual accommodating nature. As a comparison, I have $20 cargo pants from Khols with spandex that have held up better. Duluth was once my go-to brand, but the lack of recognition towards an obvious defect has now discouraged me from purchasing their products in the future.
