My lights have been out since *pm Thursday and no one can give an ETA nor anything. The update site says power will be restored Tuesday. There us NO way anyone can wait that long. I work from home, have kids and my mom, a puppy who is scared and a husband with a c-pap machine. Under no circumstance am I going to wait another day for power nor will I pay out of my pocket to find somewhere to go. You want your money for bills on time so, why can't the lights come back on at a reasonable time? This is beyond ridiculous!!!**And when did customer service only become available Monday thru Friday? It used to be ****. How convenient for you when people don't have power but I'm sure your employees do.
