They are charging me **.** a month to my CC ending in ****. I do not have a family plan yet.**My annual account is paid on *** every year. Not a human to respond, I will need to solve this by doing a charge-back on our CC.
Close the iPad account and stop the $**.** monthly charge! I already have an annual plan paid every August.
