If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I have a personal dropbox account for which I have paid to upgrade the storage capacity. I want to share with a colleague who has just opened a free trial dropbox business account. How do I go about sharing? So far the "share" button just lets me create a link of the folders I want to give her access to.
GetHuman3460408 did not yet indicate what Dropbox should do to make this right.

My work around was to create a separate folder than the subfolder I wanted to share. I was able to save the new folder.
