I AM CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR YOU TO GOUGE MY CREDIT CARD AND PUT ME IN A POSITION WHERE MY CREDIT CARD IS BEING DECLINED. I SIGNED UP FOR MONTHLY BILLING BUT THAT IS NO LONGER AN OPTION. IU AM LEAVING TO NVISIT MY MOTHER FOR HER **TH BIRTHDAY AND YOU HAVE BROUGHT MY CREDIT LIMIT TO "NO AVAILABLE FUNDS". I WANT YOU TO REVERSE THE CHARGES OF OVER $****. DOLLARS BACK TO MASTERCARD IMMEDIATELY. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MONTHLY FEE. I NO LONGER WANT YOUR SERVICES AND I WANT THAT REFUND IMMEDIATELY. MASTERCARD IS ON MY SIDE AND IF YOU DON'T COMPLY I WILL FILE FOR A DISPUTE. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK AS I AM NOT AND NEVER WILL USE DROPBOX AGAIN. ***-***-****
