Hi, Lex,*Wow! Quick response! Thank you!*I was sent a message (don’t remember if it were email or what) to update my billing information so monthly payment could continue. If not, my account would be downgraded. So, I did. (So, I updated billing info. Or at least I’m pretty sure I did during the Christmas rush). I don’t want Dropbox to be degraded to free.*Yesterday, I weny to use my Dropbox account and the attached is what I saw. I didn’t want to sign out of account so I didn’t do anything. Now my password won’t work. Not sure what to do. *Thanks for any help you can give me*Margo*I need to check my account credit card info. Not sure how to do that.*I need to be able to access my account. Username and password name I always use don’t work.*I want to update account info do it doesn’t go to free status.*Thank you,*Margo
