The issue in GetHuman914905's own words
Over the weekend, I was automatically charged an annual subscription of $** for renewal of Dropbox Plus for one year. I immediately went into my Dropbox account and attempted to change to monthly billing but could not. I was now overdrawn in my checking acct. I was able to chat with someone who could help and he said I would receive a refund in a day or two. My bank said they would then refund my overdraft fee. So, today I got the refund (dated ****) but the same time got a new renewal charge of $**. I do not want to auto renew. I want to change to monthly and sign up when my checking account is back on the plus side! Please help me!!!
GetHuman914905 did not yet indicate what Dropbox should do to make this right.
