Help with my Dropbox issue
I had signed up for dropbox services in early January but called to cancel services in february. I am noticing monthly charges for $** dollar for services since february despite my call. I cancelled and not using it . I am unable to reach anyone to talk . I have called amex to place a stop on this charges. please respond .
I trust that Dropbox will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
