I ended my acct. within the trial period and sent & received countless emails that kept switching me to different people instead of simply refunding the money gotten somehow from my credit card. So this tactic Worked. I had to travel and could no longer play the frustration game and you kept my money.*Last week you sent a notice to renew the business subscription that I clearly never used. And I replied DO NOt RENEW! I am not going to allow Dropbox to essentially steal from me again. I am contacting a lawyer!!!
