Help with my Dropbox issue
GetHuman-tiggeroo's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Dropbox doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tiggeroo will need to dig through the advice provided by Dropbox, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-tiggeroo can let us know if they help or not.
If you don't see a guide here that matches the problem you are having, please see if Dropbox has better answers for you: Dropbox Help Center
If time is of the essence or you are lost, we partner with a BBB-accredited US-based company that has live experts you can chat with about issues like this for roughly $20-45. Chat now with an expert.
The issue in GetHuman-tiggeroo's own words
How do I permanently delete files*folders from the Dropbox "Deleted Files" page in a GROUP instead of individually?**There are no check boxes next to my extensive list of deleted files*folders.**I ONLY use the browser to access my files*folders. I do not use and prefer not to use the synced folder.**Both Firefox and Safari browsers are the current versions and the Dropbox "Deleted Files" page in both browsers DO NOT show check boxes next to the files*folders to permanently delete.
GetHuman-tiggeroo did not yet indicate what Dropbox should do to make this right.
