Hello, I recently received order #[redacted] from Hi Mango in Brooklyn. I placed the order and waited around an hour and a half for delivery. After placing the order, I called the store to confirm they had my desired cold Buds in stock. The person on the phone assured me they were cold. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it was warm. I informed the delivery person that I wouldn't accept warm beer due to lack of access to a fridge in my hotel. After contacting Drizly customer service, they promised to expedite a new delivery. Despite this, the store only sent another warm beer delivery. I contacted them directly to arrange a refund, but the store employee insisted warm beer was acceptable due to the weather, which I disputed given it was 64 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm extremely disappointed with this service and request a refund for at least half of the order, with the remaining warm beer to be picked up promptly for a full refund.

I have received several incorrect deliveries of Topo-Chico water in plastic bottles instead of the glass bottles I prefer. Despite my request to not receive plastic bottles clearly stated in a message to Drizly, I continue to receive the wrong products. DoorDash informed me that Drizly does not offer bottled Topo-Chico, so I request that it be removed from the website if that is the case. I am seeking a refund for these incorrect items and would like them to be picked up promptly. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this matter, as I am willing to make a new payment if needed. My interactions with DoorDash have been frustrating and I hope to receive better customer service going forward. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Our team's holiday gifts were ordered by my manager via Corked Liquor store using your delivery service (Drizly). Today, Monday 12/14, at 9:15 am, I received an email to schedule the delivery, with the option to receive it as early as today. I selected the time slot of 4-5 pm. Unfortunately, as of 6:20 pm, the item has not arrived, and I need to leave my apartment. When I contacted Corked Liquor (Lakewood Blvd) referencing #[redacted]8, they informed me the package has been there all day, uncollected. They advised me to coordinate with your team. I now need to reschedule the delivery for tomorrow (Tuesday 12/15) at an earlier time, ideally 12 pm. Thank you, Jennifer R.

I am disappointed with the delivery service. I had ordered a Christmas gift 9 days ago with the promise of 60 minutes to two days delivery, but it has not arrived. I have sent multiple emails but have not received a satisfactory response. My parents did not receive their gift, and I feel heartbroken. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the delay in shipping my order. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as Christmas has already passed, and I want my parents to receive their gift.

Order #[redacted]6 - Delivery #1 through Irving Park Liquor at [redacted]. I placed an order for x2 Pear Ciders - 6x 12oz Bottles, but received x2 Green Apples - 6x 12oz Bottles instead. I have been unable to adjust the tip or reach anyone through Drizly for assistance. While I have submitted the issue online, the automated response mentioned high volumes causing delays in responses and order updates. Drizly allows returns within 5 days, but requires customers to go to the store for exchanges. This poses an issue as I rely on the delivery service for convenience. If this is the only resolution, I would prefer a full refund due to the inconvenience and time lost. This error has disrupted my plans for an upcoming event scheduled for tomorrow. Urgent action is needed to address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am currently at my door, as the delivery driver has just called the police on me, prompting me to do the same. This situation has escalated, and I am unable to articulate the details adequately via text. Please reach out to me promptly at [redacted]. My name is Sara Lee, and I have encountered a substantial issue with this individual. While I lack his identification, I can affirm that his conduct towards me was exceptionally disrespectful. I urge for immediate contact as I intend to file a police report regarding this incident. Kindly provide me with the necessary assistance. The demeanor of this delivery person is unsuitable for customer service or public interactions, particularly with a woman of my caliber. While I do not wish for repercussions on his employment, I refuse to endure such treatment. The current presence of two police cars at my residence due to this altercation is distressing, especially during my relocation. This ordeal has greatly inconvenienced me, as this individual, who expressed regret over accepting my $[redacted] order, awaits outside my door. Upon placing my order, it was immediately marked as "en route", preventing any cancellation. I then received a text message asking for photos of my license, which seemed suspicious. Despite multiple requests to cancel, the delivery person insisted the order was complete. After a confusing exchange, I would like a full refund for this unsettling encounter. The requirement for a photo of my ID and persistent delivery attempts are unnecessary and unprofessional. This experience has deterred me from using Drizly in the future and boycotting Universal Liquors.

I have been attempting to place an order for the past two days. After logging into my account, I selected the items I wanted to purchase and decided to send them as a gift, a process I have successfully completed in the past. However, the system is not allowing me to send the items as a gift this time. So, I proceeded with the non-gift option, and upon clicking 'place order,' I was prompted to confirm my account by entering my password again. However, after doing so, I received an error message instructing me to enter an email address, although there is no field provided for this information, just for the password. I considered if my current location outside the country could be the issue, but I have ordered gifts while abroad before without any problems. Why am I able to log in if I am unable to place an order? I would appreciate assistance with this issue. Thank you.

A relative assisted me in creating my account. However, she used her name and address on the account while charging my credit card. Despite promising to rectify this, I noticed another unauthorized charge on 12/12/22. Kindly cancel my account and remove my credit card information. In the future, I plan to apply for a new account when I can ensure this won't happen again.
