Help with my Drizly issue

So your service online started setting it up online with my email address *****@***.com then downloaded the app onto my phone and started the process there with the information all open now it will not let me use *****@***.com because it says it’s already being used in another account. That other account I guess is the one I opened up online and not in the app. I just want to use *****@***.com with the address for ** Dolphine St., New Orleans, LA . I will be traveling down there so I have a complete order ready to go in the app just want to set it up with my email. Return number is ********** thank you.
