My initial account that I've had for a while now has stopped letting me withdraw money and stopped letting me place entries. It is because I was unaware that you can not use multiple cards on the same account. I used my grandmother's card, my card, and most recently my wives card and it then blocked me from doing anything. Instead of contacting customer support, I was silly and decided to open a new account to try and put money on that way with a different email and initially it worked and I was able to win $**.** but then draft kings apparently realized it was my wife's card that had been used on my previous account so it shut that account down as well. So I am contacting you to get assistance so I am capable of depositing and withdrawing and placing entries on my account once again.
GetHuman-juhhcarv did not yet indicate what DraftKings.com should do to make this right.
