I have been reaching out to Draftking for over a month now regarding an issue with a deposit I made on August 29th, [redacted]. Despite speaking with Steven G and Sean about the problem, I have not received a resolution. Initially, I mistakenly deposited $[redacted] instead of my usual $10, and immediately contacted Draftking to rectify the error. After being informed that $90 would be refunded to my credit card and $[redacted] would be sent via Pay-Pal, I only received the Pay-Pal refund. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have not received the remaining refund and have not heard back from Sean or Steven G. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response from Draftking and am seeking assistance to recover my missing funds.

Yesterday, I intended to enter a $3 head-to-head NBA tiers competition today. After submitting one entry, a prompt appeared asking if I wanted to add more entries. I intended to decline, but inadvertently clicked yes, resulting in 18 additional entries being purchased, using up all my funds. Can you please cancel these extra submissions and refund the money? I only intended to participate in one head-to-head tier competition for today's NBA. I contacted your email support yesterday and again today seeking assistance to resolve this technical problem. Hello, my account is BaysFinest, connected to [redacted] Recently, I couldn't sign in, so I made a new account as JakeFreedy at [redacted] I've been able to access my original account since, but there seems to be a hold preventing me from depositing money into my BaysFinest account. It may be due to using the same card to deposit $5 into my JakeFreedy account. Currently, I cannot withdraw the $5 or enter contests with my BaysFinest account. I understand if my second account was flagged for a security check, but I wish to resolve this issue to participate in Thursday night football contests. If necessary, please deactivate my JakeFreedy account and refund the $5. I've reached out a few times today. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with my account. Unfortunately, I have unintentionally used multiple cards on my account which led to restrictions on withdrawals and entries placement. Initially, I used my grandmother's card, then my own, and most recently my wife's card. This action triggered limitations on my account. In an attempt to resolve this, I opened a new account with a different email, and initially, it allowed me to deposit and I even won $27.50. However, the system later identified the use of my wife's card on my previous account and subsequently shut down the new account as well. I am reaching out for assistance to rectify this situation, so I can resume depositing, withdrawing, and placing entries on my account.

I'm tomatoe. I have lost access to my account with around $24 and some change in it. I've been a Draft Kings player for five years, enjoying games like golf and quarter and dime contests. My email is [redacted] My most recent entry was for the opening NFL season at a quarter entry. I've been unable to play for the last few weeks due to app issues while in New York. Draft Kings placed a limit on my account right after I cashed out $4,[redacted]! Without warning, my account shifted from unrestricted to restricted - a hindrance when my deposits no longer covered my payouts. It's frustrating not being able to manage my money effectively by cashing out. They seem to be discouraging withdrawals, and it's unfair. I received no prior notice, which seems like a deliberate move to prevent cashing out. This tactic feels like a distraction to cause players to lose focus and lose their money. Despite my efforts, they are unresponsive with any logical explanation. One day, I got an email indicating no restrictions, and now I can't even deposit $10 after a substantial payout. I am seeking a prompt and fair resolution from Draft Kings.

I recently visited DraftKings Sportsbook at Del Lago Casino and used the self-betting kiosks because there were no representatives available late at night. Unfortunately, the machine printed out receipts with no bets on them, causing me to miss out on potential winnings. I was shocked and disappointed by this error, as I have unknowingly been discarding what I thought were bet slips and losing thousands of dollars. It seems like a deliberate design flaw to confuse customers. I have evidence of the bets I attempted to place through photos and videos. This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of and frustrated. I hope Del Lago Casino addresses these issues and improves their betting systems. I plan on sharing my story on my podcast with a large audience to raise awareness about this issue. If the casino cares about its customers who bet significant amounts, they should rectify these issues promptly.

I signed up with Draftkings for Casino play on 12/31/[redacted] and added funds to my Play+ card. Despite setting my Play+ account to be charged $20.00, I was incorrectly debited $[redacted].00. Play+ assured me they would refund the extra $[redacted].00 causing an overdraft in my bank account. Draftkings customer service promised a call back but hasn't followed through. I expect Draftkings to reimburse my overdraft fees promptly. It is concerning that this issue seems common based on Play+ feedback, and I hope Draftkings addresses it to ensure a fair gaming environment. I'm eager to resolve this matter and speak to a representative to prevent such errors in the future.

I've had to reinstall the DraftKings app eight times since yesterday. I created a new account based on my father's recommendation, but it's been causing login issues. Despite resetting my password with help from Nikki on live chat, the problem persists. Every time I try to log in, it prompts me to verify my location, then loops back to the login page. I tried reaching out to Nick again on live chat, but I cannot locate the chat option anymore.

Hello, I have recently encountered issues with verifying my account details after several login attempts. On January 28th, I received a notification about a self-imposed exclusion on my account, which I believe was not intentional. I have followed the instructions to provide my driver's license for verification purposes. However, I have been waiting for a response from Draftkings customer support for three days now. I enjoy using both the Daily Fantasy and Sportsbook features, and I am eager to access my account to withdraw my funds. The delay in resolving this issue has been frustrating for me.

I have been exchanging several emails about an account issue with DraftKings. It has been 9 days since I provided my photo ID and picture through a secure link they provided. I faced a problem years ago with my DKF account created under a defunct school email. I used to access DKF through my iPhone, and last week, I could still do so. To update my email, I logged into DKF on my laptop using the old email, which I now can't access. I sent my photo for verification to set up a sportsbook account and update my email 9 days ago, but have not received a response from the DraftKings representative I was in contact with. Despite confirming that the photo was sent successfully, I can no longer log in using the old email to check the verification status, and my ongoing ticket email remains unanswered.

I am experiencing the same issue. I uploaded my photo ID and a picture of myself to the link provided in their email nine days ago, but I have not received any updates. Now, I am unable to log in to my account or place bets via DKF, which was not the original issue. My intention was to link my DK sportsbook account as my DKF account was working fine using the old method of logging in with a username and password. However, to link a sportsbook account, you need to log in with an email, and my DKF account was created about ten years ago with my college email, which is no longer active. This has led to a cycle of four open emails with DraftKings, and my ticket has had to be reviewed by a team lead for the third time. I was able to live chat with a DKF representative once on my laptop, but I am currently unable to access live chat. This situation is very frustrating. I recently bought a contest ticket and it won't allow me to use it, instead prompting me to pay $20. There is an option for charging me money to enter the contest, with a promise of a fully refundable $5. I have taken screenshots to prove this issue. If this is the kind of service you provide, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am disappointed in the lack of customer support and the inability to speak to a real person. If I am not credited the $20 ticket, I will be sharing my experience with others. It is frustrating that after speaking highly of DraftKings, I am faced with such a poor experience. I hope others are aware of the issues I have encountered with your platform.

I encountered an issue with my survivor pool selection on draft kings. Today, instead of choosing the Miami Dolphins as planned for my week 6 pick, it displayed the New England Patriots, a team I dislike and would not pick. This has left me confused and frustrated as I am certain I selected the Dolphins, especially since they are playing the Jets, the weakest team in the league. I am hopeful we can rectify this error as soon as possible. It is important to note that I am a genuine user of draft kings and not someone attempting to deceive or take advantage of the situation. Today, when I checked my survivor pool, I noticed an error. I had initially picked the Miami Dolphins for my week 6 selection, but the system showed that I had chosen the New England Patriots instead. This is confusing and frustrating as I have a strong dislike for the Patriots and would never intentionally pick them. I am certain I selected the Dolphins as they are playing against the Jets, who are considered one of the weakest teams in the league. I trust that we can rectify this mistake and I appreciate using Draft Kings as my preferred betting platform. Rest assured, I am not fabricating this issue due to any personal bias or to take advantage of the situation. Setting up two DraftKings accounts was confusing for me, leading to a regular DraftKings account and a DraftKings Sportsbook and Casino account, both connected to the same email and phone number. It was challenging to transfer funds between them, resulting in double charges totaling $[redacted] instead of the intended $[redacted]. To cancel a charge, the only option I found was to select a "payout," which was credited to my PayPal account. I am seeking clarification on how to cancel a charge without triggering potential tax implications and mistakenly categorizing it as income. I won $[redacted] from DraftKings Sportsbook and decided to withdraw $[redacted] on Thursday evening. My partner Cody322 also won $40, and his brother Jeremy759 was withdrawing $35. We've been waiting for days, feeling discouraged, despite emailing for help. We do not have gambling problems; we use our winnings responsibly. Waiting days for a withdrawal, when it used to be a matter of hours, is frustrating. We were hoping for a quick resolution, as we intended to use the money for doctor appointments and gas. I have attempted to contact DraftKings multiple times regarding missing funds they have not provided. My wagers on Thanksgiving Day included a $50 bet to win $50 on any team scoring, a $25 bet with the same conditions, a $32 two-team parlay to win $[redacted], and a $25 bet to win $32 on any team getting stopped on fourth down. However, I haven't received any of the initial amounts I wagered. Additionally, I placed a $50 bet on Mercer College to win $[redacted], which I won, but didn't get my $50 back. On November 27th, I made two wagers but didn't get the original amounts credited to my account. I am seeking clarification on why these funds have not been provided as expected.
