I have been a fan of the "Original Vernors Soda" for many years, enjoying its explosive bite. However, after purchasing it recently, I was disappointed to find that it lacked the anticipated Vernors burn. Despite it being labeled as the "Original Ginger Soda," it did not live up to my expectations. This non-alcoholic Ginger Beer I tried had a more robust ginger flavor, similar to the Vernors I remember. Unless the original flavor is brought back, I'm afraid I may have to find an alternative to satisfy my ginger soda cravings. Regards, R.S.

I used to love Simply Tea, Sorta Sweet for its robust flavor that complemented a glass of ice perfectly. Lately, it has become weaker and sweeter, disappointing my taste buds. The same goes for Diet Dr Pepper, which initially had a rich and complex flavor that stood out from the rest. Now, it seems watered down and lacks the quality I once enjoyed. It's frustrating when companies prioritize profits over product quality, leading to a decline in customer satisfaction. I refuse to accept excuses like market shifts when it's clear that the products have changed for the worse. It's time to say "enough" and demand better from these companies.

I purchased two 16 oz six-packs at Food Lion in Seaford, DE. I emailed PepsiCo and received a response a week later, instructing me to contact Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. When I called consumer relations, the woman I spoke to was rude and uninterested in my complaint. I asked for a supervisor and after being placed on hold, the same woman came back claiming she was the supervisor and continued to be rude. I tried to find contact information for corporate but everything led me back to consumer relations. I spoke with someone named Desiree and explained that the drinks tasted bad, causing my husband discomfort. She only offered to send replacement vouchers, which I declined out of concern for my husband's health. I want to know what will be done to address this issue. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought 2 12-packs with a promotion for a free 20-oz Dr Pepper. The issue is the offer requires a PayPal account for a $2 cashback, which I don't have anymore. Also, the offer is expired since 4/15/19, making the promotion misleading. I suggest resolving this by sending me $2 coupons instead. I made these purchases at Safeway in Chadron, NE on 9/19/[redacted].

I currently reside in a Residential Facility that accommodates individuals with mental health or substance abuse challenges. Many residents, including myself, frequently purchase Venom energy drinks from the store. As finances are tight due to living costs and medical expenses, I am interested in exploring the possibility of buying Venom in bulk to lower the overall expense. While the current price of $0.99 is reasonable, I believe a discount could be considered if we were able to meet a certain purchasing volume. I understand this is a long shot, but I appreciate your consideration of this request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, R. Riley

I am a huge fan of Dr Pepper and rely on it to help with my migraines. Today, I purchased a 12-pack but was disappointed to find only 11 Dr Pepper cans and 1 Diet Dr Pepper can. This mix-up has left me feeling let down by the company. Seeing a Diet Dr Pepper in an original Dr Pepper case makes me hesitant to buy another case in the future. I buy these cases to avoid spending $0.75 daily at the vending machine at work, so having a day without caffeine is tough. Despite this issue, Dr Pepper is my go-to drink, and I always choose it when asked to pick a drink. I hope other customers won't face the same disappointment I did.

I am a devoted fan of Dr. Pepper, it is my go-to drink throughout the day. I usually purchase 3 packs of 12 cans or 24-packs regularly. Recently, I have noticed that when I open a pack, there is at least one can that is half full without any signs of leakage, they just seem to be packed that way. I now have 8 or more cans like this. Instead of discarding them, I've saved them in case you require more information regarding this issue.

This morning, I had a dangerous encounter with a driver of a Dr. Pepper truck who ran a red light. Despite the light in his lane being red for several truck lengths, he continued at a high speed without slowing down. I waited at my green light as he sped through the intersection at 55-65 MPH. The intersection even had flashing caution lights that he must have ignored due to his speed. It was a frightening experience that could have ended in a serious accident.

I am contacting the corporate office to inquire if Dr Pepper soda flavor is available as a single powder for water. My friend has a medical condition preventing her from consuming carbonated drinks. Despite the health risk, she adores Dr Pepper soda and is eager to relish the flavor once more. I am on the lookout for a suitable and safer alternative within the Dr Pepper range. Can you provide assistance?

I applied for a Dr Pepper logo wrap for my vehicle, believing it to be legitimate. I was instructed to deposit a check for $[redacted] into my account, keep $[redacted] as pay, forward the rest to cover the cost of the wrap, and receive weekly payments. However, the check I received is from a different company, The Apartment People LTD, raising suspicions of a potential scam. Can someone please confirm this for me?

I recently bought three 6-packs of Dr Pepper from Walmart in Bad Axe, MI. Unfortunately, when I opened every bottle, they all sprayed out, making a mess. I don't usually drink Dr Pepper but switched to it because of my heart problems and its lack of caffeine. I am baffled by this issue as I've never experienced it before. One bottle even sprayed all over my new white Columbia winter coat, leaving a stain. I am very disappointed by this situation as I can't afford to replace my coat. It's frustrating to deal with this problem every time I open a bottle. I am not a happy customer.

I am hopeful that Dr. Pepper will reach out to me regarding the information for both of my receipts that I submitted photos of to acquire the T-shirts I am interested in getting. I only liked 2 out of the 5 options, mainly due to the difficulties I experienced in obtaining the Dr. Peppers for the promotion. I faced challenges in obtaining receipts for 3 cases, so I had to purchase an additional 3 cases to be able to redeem the 2 shirts I wanted. I bought a total of 6 12-packs of canned Dr. Pepper for the two shirts. I am concerned about the delay in receiving a text reply after submitting the photos on the website over a week ago. I fear missing out on the promotion for the T-shirts if I do not hear back soon. I was really looking forward to getting the shirts, and I worry about the possibility of everything going wrong. All I want is confirmation that I will still have the opportunity to get the shirts as I had hoped. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly.

I received an email from what seemed to be Dr. Pepper offering to pay me to put a car wrap. I then got a check for $4,[redacted] as my first payment. Before depositing the check, I'm concerned if this is a scam as I was recently scammed and lost over 3 grand. I'm disabled, on a limited income, struggling due to the current situation, and was hoping to earn extra money safely. I drive a lot, so this opportunity seemed perfect. I'm worried about being scammed again. Please assist me. Best, M. Holibaugh at [redacted] Thank you.

I must share the sad news of the discontinuation of the beloved Glass Bottle Diet Peach Snapple. Many of us are mourning the loss of this refreshing beverage that has been a daily joy to many. The family behind the iconic brand has confirmed that a new version will be released in plastic bottles, promising the same great taste. Unfortunately, the reality does not match the promise. The experience of sipping the new plastic bottle version does not compare to the delight of enjoying it from a glass bottle. I respectfully urge the company to consider whether drinking beer from a can is truly the same as enjoying it from a bottle. This sudden change means there won't be a chance to say a proper goodbye to this once-loved drink.

I received a letter in the mail offering me $[redacted] a week to put a Dr Pepper logo on my car. After depositing the $1,[redacted].49 check to cover the car wrap costs, my checking account is now overdrawn by the same amount. I tried to contact Thomas Jenkins with no luck. I took on this opportunity to give my daughter a good Christmas, but now I'm facing eviction as I can't pay rent. It's a distressing situation, and I'm unsure about the next steps.

On Wednesday, the 20th, I purchased 24 12-packs of Dr Pepper for my daughter's birthday party. Unfortunately, we only managed to drink approximately 12 Dr Peppers out of all the drinks. This situation was a huge disappointment, and I need it resolved promptly. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in addressing this issue as soon as possible. It was frustrating that we couldn't even enjoy more than half of what I bought. Please get in touch with me to discuss how we can resolve this problem. Thank you.

I reside in central Nebraska and I am on the lookout for caffeine-free Dr. Pepper, a beverage I used to enjoy about 20 years ago during my pregnancy. Unfortunately, I am struggling to find it in stores. Due to my doctor's recommendation, I need to reduce my caffeine intake. I have checked Amazon, but the price of $20 for a 12-pack is a bit steep for my liking. Any guidance on where to purchase it locally or online at a more reasonable price would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, I was hoping for some assistance with a recurring issue. Recently, I've bought several bottles of sugar-free Dr Pepper. Each time I've opened them, they've exploded on me. The latest incident happened last night at 3 o'clock in the morning. I opened a bottle that had been standing for 5 hours by my bed, and it exploded, waking up my partner who got soaked by it. Cleaning up and changing the bedding in the middle of the night was quite a hassle, especially since it got in my eyes due to the unexpected explosion. I'm not sure what's going on with these bottles. Thank you. - Miss S L Campbell

I am currently in Tenerife, Canary Islands, and I am having trouble finding Canada Dry Ginger Ale for my whisky. Over the years, it has become increasingly more difficult to find, and this year, it seems impossible to locate it anywhere! Tenerife has a large British community who also love using Canada Dry with their whisky. I kindly ask for it to be restocked, an explanation for the shortage, or information on where to find it at a reasonable price. Thank you. Best regards, C. Thomas.
