I purchased a ** pack of regular Dr Pepper from my local Foodtown grocery store here in Houston on ********. I drank two cans on that same day and started to drink a third can on ********. When I initially opened the can I noticed it had a slightly different smell but I went on to take a drink anyway and after taking that drink it had a funny taste but I thought it was just a little off. After the second drink I realized that something had to be wrong with the soda so I poured the remainder of the soda in a cup and proceeded to cut the can in half because I have heard stories of people finding mold in soft drinks as well as juices. Once I got the can opened I saw residue but I thought maybe it was just syrup or something of that nature but to my surprise it was mold.I have taken pictures and I also have the remaining of the soda in a plastic bottle in case I get sick from the ingested portion that I drank.Please contact me as soon as possible concerning this issue before I take to social media. I tried contacting the customer relations number but reached the after hours message but I will be contacting them again in the morning..I also left my name and phone number with someone named Cody from the answering service but couldn’t finish talking with him because my phone died..
