I registered a domain, ANYCUBSCAM.COM. After you charged my card, it informed me that my account did not exist when I tried to log in. Moreover, when I attempted to call your listed phone number, it indicated that the phone number was no longer valid. Lastly, when I tried to recover my account info, it stated that not only is my email invalid, but the domain I just paid for is also considered an invalid domain login. I am currently on the phone with Chase bank trying to reverse the charge and have asked Chase bank to blacklist your company as a scam artist to prevent future transactions. How ironic that in trying to create a website to expose another company's scam, I end up being scammed myself. Please address this immediately.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Dotster. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, I have faced continuous difficulties. Today, I received a payment notification for a website, totoslegacy.com, that I do not own. After spending almost an hour on the phone with no resolution, I attempted to navigate Dotster's website to fix the issue myself without success. During my visit, I discovered several active websites that I no longer need and attempted to place them on manual payment since I couldn't find a simple way to cancel them. Just to clarify, the only website I wish to keep is crystalblueent.com. Although I tried to contact Dotster by phone at [redacted] and [redacted] (Cell), it seems they no longer offer phone support.
