Hello,*I just reviewed a credit card statement of a card that I never use. I am merely paying off the balance. Much to my surprise there have been months and months of charges for a DashPass from DoorDash! I order frequently from Door Dash, but I never purchased a DashPass, don’t have a DashPass on my account, can submit proof that my orders have included the cited delivery fees, and that the card being charged isn’t the one that is connected to my DoorDash account. I am requesting a full refund for all of the month’s charged for the fraudulently billed DashPass. The first charge appears on the August **, ****’s statement, and I have been charged $*.** each month since that time (a total of ** statements and $***.**). Please issue an immediate refund, including any accrued interest I paid in the amounts, by way of a statement credit and cancel whatever DashPass may be associated with my card number, if any.
