I had a terrible experience with my driver. He was late, called me several times only to hang up, and didn't know the address of my workplace. He made me come outside to him, and even after tipping him $5, he was very rude. I hope no one else has to deal with him. When he finally arrived, all he did was complain about the area being confusing, despite GPS being available. This delivery driver needs improvement and should not be serving customers. Hello Dashed Reward, I noticed that my stats for last month showed a 71% acceptance rate for being a top dasher. I wish I had known it needed to be at 70% as I would have continued working. As a Dash driver based in Mesa and Tempe, AZ, I recently encountered an issue with an order from Chompie’s in Tempe. Despite DoorDash’s terms stating that drivers are not obliged to wear uniforms, the restaurant's instructions explicitly requested Dashers to wear DoorDash shirts. This requirement not only goes against DoorDash's Terms of Service but also places an unnecessary burden on drivers and can lead to delays for customers. In situations where drivers decline orders from Chompie’s due to this request, it could negatively impact their acceptance rate or completion percentage, ultimately affecting their standing as a top Dasher. Furthermore, my experience at Chompie’s was marred by delayed food preparation, rude staff, and overall poor service. It would be beneficial for DoorDash to address these issues with Chompie’s management to ensure a smoother experience for both drivers and customers in the future. Thank you.

Hello. A friend of mine applied for a job with your company and was unfortunately denied. I am inquiring about whether there is an appeal process available. The situation stemmed from a rental property he owns in Burnsville, MN where the tenant did not forward important correspondence, resulting in a misdemeanor on his record since June [redacted]. The misdemeanor was due to a minor issue with a fence that has since been resolved. I realize your organization has the discretion to accept or deny applicants, but this incident was truly a misunderstanding. Following the incident, he has evicted the problematic tenants, updated his mailing information, and is a disabled marine veteran with a brain injury sustained in Afghanistan in [redacted]. He is very eager to work for your company. I am hoping there might be an opportunity to discuss this matter with HR and possibly appeal the decision. Thank you for your consideration.

I am disappointed with my recent food delivery. The order, totaling $55, had numerous missing ingredients. The bowls lacked tomatoes, black beans, and sour cream, with half the components absent. Additionally, an $8 large bag of chips with Guacamole was not delivered at all. Both a refund and compensation were not provided, even though the delivery driver mentioned confirming the order with Chipotle employees via text. The incomplete order made the food tasteless and not worth the price. I believe the missing ingredients should have been communicated before delivery to avoid this unsatisfactory experience.

I placed an order on January 15 at Chan Thai Restaurant for $45.87 using my Visa ending in [redacted], but it was never delivered. DoorDash informed me via email that they issued a refund for the full amount after I contacted them about the issue. However, they are requesting more details as they are not familiar with a Visa ending in [redacted]. I need to provide additional information to help them identify the charge. Thank you, George.

I recently signed up for the free trial of Dash Pass on my DoorDash app. To my surprise, it charged me $10 immediately, despite it not being a free trial as expected. Had this been clearly stated, I would not have proceeded with the sign-up since I do not intend to use the app this month. I promptly canceled the trial after being charged, but I am disappointed by this unauthorized charge. Could someone please contact me to arrange a refund for this issue? I wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience with Dashing! However, I've noticed that in Charleston WV, the delivery times are a bit off. My on-time rate is only 73%, with delays caused by McDonald's three times. I've had to wait over an hour once, and the average waiting times are more than 20 minutes. I suggest reaching out to the managers to address their timeliness. Additionally, downtown orders often come from the mall, requiring parking and walking. I tracked almost 3 miles on my fitness app today. Despite these challenges, I am enjoying DASH and grateful for the opportunity. I wanted to provide this feedback to help improve the service. I purchased three items from an ice cream shop, and the delivery was picked up by a motorcyclist. Previously, the shop used a cooler for my orders, but this time the dasher placed the items directly on the motorcycle. Unfortunately, one item fell off during transit, and we never received it. The remaining ice creams melted completely due to the hot Arizona weather and the lack of a cooler. I am requesting a full refund of $26.53 for the undelivered and melted items.

We frequently use your service, and most of the time, we do not encounter any issues. However, we have noticed missing items on multiple occasions, as you can see from our history. It would be beneficial if Dashers were required to check that all items are included in the order to ensure a complete delivery. Missing items can be frustrating, and while your service recovery with credits is appreciated, it does not fully resolve the situation for us. Examples include missing salsa with chips or an entire entree. If the accuracy and consistency of the service do not improve, I may consider canceling my monthly Dash Pass and exploring other delivery options. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have recently placed three orders with DoorDash, and unfortunately, I have encountered issues with all of them. Every time there was a problem, I reached out to customer service through the help button and explained my concerns. I received a response thanking me for letting them know but was informed that they could not provide a refund. As a result, I had to deal with not receiving the items I ordered, ultimately leading to wasted food and drinks. This left the intended recipients unsatisfied and caused frustration. These experiences have been disappointing for my last three orders.

My sister ordered Fatburger delivery for us, but the order was incorrect. They forgot our chocolate banana milkshakes and instead sent two little kid sundaes with bad-tasting chocolate syrup. During our meal, I found a hair in my mouth while chewing an onion ring. We had already eaten most of the order when this happened. When I called Fatburger to complain, they offered a free order of onion rings, but I believe they should have offered to replace the entire order or refund me. Please provide me with order credit via email, as I do not want my sister to find out about my complaint. I am disappointed with the food quality.

I need help with an order issue regarding a canceled item by the restaurant. The restaurant claimed its Doordash iPad was broken, preventing them from notifying Doordash through the device, but they were able to call. The restaurant refused to give a replacement or issue a refund, stating Doordash would handle it. Rather than a refund to my credit card, Doordash issued credit for future use. I cannot access my own money for an undelivered item without using Doordash again. I emailed Doordash, and an escalation ticket was created, but I have not received a response past the 30-hour window mentioned.

I did not receive around $30.00 to $40.00 worth of grocery items from my Walmart order this morning on 2/15/20. I would like a refund. The missing items include 2 half-gallons of half & half creamer, O.M. black forest ham, cotto salami, Kraft American cheese, 2 packages of 18-count eggs, and Bar T smoke sausage family size. There were additional items missing that I need to check in my Walmart grocery account to specify. This is not a minor mistake. Please refund me and replace the missing items as this has been a major inconvenience. This is not the first time I have had missing items. I am starting to lose confidence in Doordash's reliability.

On Saturday, 2/15/[redacted], around 1:45 pm at Wendy's on Chichester Avenue in Boothwyn, PA, I encountered an issue at the drive-thru. There was a DoorDash driver ahead of me who was causing a delay by being distracted and blocking the lane. Despite trying to alert her, she ignored me and continued to cause disruption. I had to involve the manager, who confirmed this was not the first time this had happened with the same driver. DoorDash was contacted, but they didn't gather any specific details. The driver's behavior was unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Rules should be enforced for DoorDash drivers to prevent such incidents and ensure the safety and efficiency of everyone involved. It's important to address this matter appropriately without seeking termination but to promote awareness and accountability.

I tried to place an order using my Doordash app on 2/12. Every time I attempted to pay, the payment processing took too long and eventually timed out. When I tried from my computer, the same issue occurred. The orders did not show up in my account, so I assumed there was a problem with the website. We opted for a different dinner plan. Surprisingly, we received a call from the dasher while we were out, stating they were already at our place. Not receiving any order update texts and with the orders still not appearing in my account, I asked them to cancel the orders. Later, I received a second call regarding the second order. I have checked my bank statement and noticed that both orders were charged to my account at $68.20 and $62.60, respectively. I am requesting a refund for these charges.

Promo code: BESTSELLER for a free chicken plate with a $15 minimum doesn't work for me. I placed an order correctly on 2/22/29 but received an error message stating, "Sorry, you don't have an eligible item in your cart to use this promotion." The offer expires on 2/25/20. Please address this issue. As of 3/3/20, I have been waiting for a resolution, but it has not been fixed. The support provided to troubleshoot this matter has been ineffective. It seems misleading to expect customers to resolve the problem on their own. This experience may lead to negative publicity. I may have to seek other means to address such issues in the future.

I have encountered an issue with DoorDash while attempting to place an order for the first time. After selecting three orders at a Chili’s restaurant, I received a message stating that my account had been deactivated. This problem has arisen previously with my old email address, [redacted], where I was informed that my account was deactivated due to violating terms and conditions without any specific details. Despite reaching out to DoorDash for clarification, I only received generic email responses stating the violation. After being advised to create a new account with a different email address, [redacted], the deactivation issue persisted. I placed an order with Shakys on Feb 16th for a concrete with cheesecake and blackberry toppings. Despite my notes requesting blackberry, cherry was added instead. After contacting customer service and receiving a partial refund of $2.96, I followed up for a full refund but was directed to submit a new request. I have all email correspondence saved. I'm seeking a refund for my incorrect order. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

I made an order for delivery today with an ETA of 5:10, but it was repeatedly delayed until it arrived almost an hour late. I tried calling customer service, but the agent I spoke to in the Philippines couldn't communicate with the driver to find out the cause of the delays. The driver mentioned having multiple stops, which contradicted my request not to be part of a multiple drop-off delivery. Despite my specific instructions, the drivers seem to be ignoring them and not paying attention to details. This particular incident occurred when I ordered from Cafe Yumm in Corvallis, Oregon on 3/3/20 at 4:40 PM. The food was finally delivered at 5:40 PM, causing a lot of frustration due to the lack of communication and disregard for my preferences.
