I placed an order from Hot Cafe at **am and my order was supposed to be delivered at **:**pm. It is now *:**pm and I still have yet to receive my food! At this point I am livid!!!! Someone needs to call me NOW!!! The restaurant is literally * minutes away. The delivery person is in NEWNAN!!! My child is hungry and my food is paid for. I demand a refund immediately!!! I would like my food to be free at this point. I will definitely vocalize my experience with everyone I know. This is highly unacceptable!
