This isn't "fixed" so why do you indicate that on the right? This is A LOT to go through simply to get Doordash to do the right thing AND not lose all of my future business to their competitors. I didn't get the food. Refund me my money.

I placed an order with Aloha Poke on Friday evening and after about ** minutes the driver called to say the restaurant never received my order because the system was down. I then went to doodash.com and the screen was blank. I want to be certain that I was not charged for the order.
