I just spent an hour and a half driving around looking for parking to go pick up an order. Then finally when I got into the store my card was declined. When I called support I got no help whatsoever and your auto response bot thing provided no help. I had to call the customers and explain why they were not going to get their food. Your job as a company is to ensure the runner is able to pick up the food when he or she gets to the restaurant. You failed at that and wasted my time, the customer’s time, and my gas. Y’all should be ashamed to call yourself a company.
GetHuman-ntsrb did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
