I am trying to figure out why I keep getting requests for other areas other then the one I scheduled to work. For example a couple of weeks ago I was getting orders for Chelmsford and Manchester when I scheduled to work Nashua. Tonight the same thing happened to me * times in a row right when peak and bonus hit. So after you reject orders it will not give you bonus which isn’t fair when the only orders I get are out of my area. I even put distance too far with why I’m not accepting the order so I don’t understand why I would immediately get * more in the same location that I just said was too far. This is the only reason I’ve declined orders. I don’t want to have to decline but if this keeps happening then I have no choice. So naturally i would like to discuss with support and what I surprise I get the run around and can’t speak to anyone. I call the number just to get a recording to go on my app or the website which neither answer my question. Why is it so difficult to ask a question even through chat with support when you’re not doing a delivery? We are driving a lot while dashing so it would make more sense for us to be able to speak to someone directly then getting the run around with websites. I enjoy dashing but if I can’t get a simple question answered then I won’t be dashing for long especially when it has to do with my ratings.
