I’ve been in the food service industry for over a decade, I’ve been a manager and I know how to perform adequate customer service. Why has my dasher rating consistently gone down???? I suspect it went down in the Hiram market because I’m black and that is a racist market but, I changed markets and saw it start to go back up but then, I randomly open the app and see it dropped down below *.*!!! If I get deactivated for doing everything right we gonna have problems. My fianc* dashes too with a *.** rating and he doesn’t have any experience!!! Please fix this before I make a fuss.
