I placed a “re-order” and a few minutes later I received a text that it was cancelled. I thought I made an error so I tried to place the order again... and a few minutes later I received a text saying the order was cancelled. Now I have received notice that my bank was debited for both orders! I would like my account credited ASAP. I did not receive the orders, my account should not have been debited. Since this was not my error, I expect that one credit of $***.** or two credits of $**.** to be immediately credited to my account. I cannot afford to miss the debits since I had to purchase my meal from somewhere else. I DO NOT wan’t credit placed on my Dinerdash account. I am a very unhappy customer, I am not even sure why the order was cancelled, it did not let me know. Very unprofessional, we were so impressed with your service until today. Please respond ASAP.
