The first dash was halfway to the restaurant when it got canceled, but everything seemed fine later. Upon accepting a new dash, I had trouble with the app not registering the restaurant address in the GPS. Support advised me to use my phone's GPS to navigate to the location. Despite successfully delivering the order, the app didn't let me complete the delivery or end the dash. Reinstalling the app was suggested, but now I encounter an email and phone number mismatch error. The support team mentioned a transfer of money and account to another account associated with [redacted] This sudden issue is preventing me from accessing my balance of $[redacted] and continuing with DoorDash. During my first delivery, I received another order that I accepted, but the app malfunctioned. Despite restarting my phone twice, I still encountered the same problem, missing out on multiple opportunities I wanted to accept. This recurring app issue is frustrating, and the lack of adequate customer support for drivers is concerning. Making money is difficult under these circumstances, and receiving timely assistance seems impossible. Without improvements, I may need to reconsider using the service. When the app functions correctly, DoorDash is convenient, but these frequent failures make it challenging to continue using the platform.

I recently received a poor customer rating and low on-time ratings unjustly. I ensure to pick up food immediately after accepting an order and deliver it swiftly while double-checking accuracy and maintaining politeness. Occasionally, delays occur due to restaurants not having orders ready promptly or issues with parking. These situations are beyond the control of drivers, and it's unfair to receive negative ratings for such reasons. Despite providing efficient service and being courteous, my customer rating suddenly dropped today. I consistently communicate with customers regarding any delays caused by restaurants and notify them before leaving for delivery. It is disheartening to receive such ratings despite my efforts to deliver orders promptly and professionally.

I have missed out on my bonus three times, including today. I did a job in Pennsylvania today, but then had to drive back to Ohio, and you tried to send me back to Pennsylvania again, resulting in me losing money. I am missing about $70 in bonuses this week, including the $4 from today. I need this money reimbursed in my upcoming pay. I have contacted customer service numerous times but have not received adequate help. I am a dasher experiencing payment delays. After waiting 4 weeks without receiving payments, I am facing financial difficulties to cover bills. I have constantly checked my account, but payments have not been processed. I also received a 4.2 rating for my delivery service, even though I believe I provide timely service. Most of the delays were due to long-distance deliveries that were out of my control. I feel forced to accept all orders to receive a bonus, but it impacts my ratings unfairly. Last night, my boyfriend and I used DoorDash to order Firehouse Subs and received our food in under an hour. The driver was punctual and very nice. It was a complete [redacted] from the service we received tonight when ordering from Mike's Charcoal Grill. Our driver, Segun A, was terrible. It took two hours to receive our food, while our quote was 48 minutes. Although DoorDash provides a map of the driver's location, it was frustrating to watch the inexperienced driver drive around aimlessly. Moreover, we didn't receive our complete order, which was disappointing. Working in a restaurant myself, I know this is not how guests should be treated. While I understand the driver and the establishment may share blame, DoorDash must take responsibility for the inadequate guidance and customer service. Offering just a $5.50 refund for such poor service is unacceptable. I hope DoorDash improves its internal systems to prevent such incidents in the future for other customers.

I placed my food order at 5, expecting delivery by 5:40. I noticed the delivery driver heading in the opposite direction of the restaurant. The restaurant called at 6, mentioning my order had been ready since 5:30. The driver only collected the food by 6:10, arriving at my place by 6:20. My husband had to rush his meal to make it to work by 6:40. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, and we had to use the microwave to reheat it. This experience with DoorDash was disappointing and upsetting, as it is the first time I've encountered such issues with their service.

Hello, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $30.00 on my account for a Buffalo Wild Wings order via DoorDash on 11/25/[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to DoorDash for a refund, I keep encountering requests for my card details and bank statement photos. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance or information regarding the theft or the specific Buffalo Wild Wings store involved. I am still waiting to hear back from DoorDash about retrieving my stolen funds and to potentially identify the perpetrator.

During my Doordash shift tonight, I encountered multiple issues and attempted to reach out to customer support unsuccessfully several times. Eventually, I managed to complete one delivery, but my app crashed, leading me to uninstall it. Here is the revised message that I was trying to send to emergency support: "Hi, I am currently picking up grocery orders from Walmart for customers Paul and Sierra, both with separate orders. Despite driving all the way there and waiting for the groceries, I was informed that both orders wouldn't be ready for over an hour. This marks the second time I've had to contact support regarding an order issue within an hour. I am also receiving notifications about an extra $3 pay currently, but I am unable to utilize it due to waiting for non-functional orders. In addition, I have another order already picked up that is waiting for delivery while I wait for the groceries. I have attempted to contact support twice regarding this matter and have been waiting for a response after being informed that I was matched with a support representative, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance. At this point, I am incurring expenses on gas and losing money on Doordash tonight. I require the delivery pay for these orders, considering the effort and time I have devoted to them."

Hello, I am a DoorDash driver. I traveled 20 minutes for an order, but unfortunately, my red card was declined. I tried contacting support through the app, but after waiting for 15 minutes with no response, I had to cancel the order. I am unable to resolve this issue as there is no direct phone number for DoorDash help. I need this to be fixed promptly as I can't complete orders without a working card. DoorDash should take responsibility for the card issue. I wasted time driving and waiting for nothing. Please assist me as soon as possible. I placed a re-order, but shortly after, I received cancellation texts. I tried again, only to have the order canceled once more. My bank was charged for both orders. I need my account refunded promptly. I did not receive the items, so the charges should not have gone through. As this was not my mistake, I request a credit of $[redacted].66 or two credits of $57.33 to be reimbursed. I relied on the orders and had to buy food elsewhere. I don't want credit on my Dinerdash account. This experience has left me disappointed and confused as to why the orders were canceled without explanation. This is very unprofessional and has tainted our previously positive impression of your service. Please address this matter urgently.

I am inquiring about your delivery policies. I recently heard from an employee, David Foxx, who mentioned a plan to refuse deliveries, specifically from the Cheesecake Factory. This behavior is concerning as it reflects poorly on your company. It is distressing to think that employees are intentionally ignoring customers' orders. David also expressed frustration regarding low tips and waiting times, indicating he will skip orders if necessary. Such unprofessional conduct is disappointing, and customers should not have to deal with such behavior. I had intended to order from the Cheesecake Factory through your service, but now I am hesitant due to these alarming revelations about your employees' conduct.

I waited at a restaurant for over an hour due to a mix-up with my DoorDash order. The person who placed the order didn't realize the first item was only available for lunch, causing delays. Despite the order being changed, I was not informed. Waiting over an hour, I saw others who arrived later receiving their orders before me. The restaurant even falsely claimed my order was ready. Hello, my name is Akiah O'Donald. Around a week and a half ago, I completed two deliveries - one for around $7 and the other for exactly $6. However, when I checked the details of my order, it only showed one delivery (the $7 one) in my delivery earnings instead of both, and it mistakenly added the other delivery ($6) as a tip. This error means that I did not receive my tips for either delivery because the second one was charged incorrectly. Additionally, I have encountered issues with not receiving my additional earnings, specifically the bonus pay per delivery, which have not been included in my total earnings. I stood in line at Cheesecake Factory for over an hour. Just after I closed my order, the app tried to give me three back-to-back orders even though I was trying to log out. I was ending my dash when the app froze, making it appear like I hadn't accepted any orders. I had to leave because of an emergency to pick up my daughter from school. The last order even took away my bonus, which isn't fair. I had already spent over an hour on this delivery to ensure the customer was happy. I strive to go the extra mile to meet their needs. It's frustrating that I couldn't end my dash promptly. I kindly request the rejected orders to be removed from my account as I didn't decline them; the app wouldn't let me log out.

After experiencing poor treatment, I decided to deactivate my account. Following a lengthy discussion with a supervisor about the service issues, I was assured that improvements would be made. When I ordered again, I was satisfied with the dasher and food quality, but I found one item missing. However, instead of receiving satisfactory answers, I was dismissed due to my account history, which I believe is unfair. I had provided detailed feedback on the website regarding missing information and items, as well as suggesting ways to enhance my and others' food experiences. Despite giving a high rating this time and only inquiring about the missing item, I felt undervalued. I have escalated my concerns to the BBB and will be raising them with the CEO. I have thoroughly documented this incident and feel disappointed that my business was seemingly disregarded over a small charge of 0.75 cents.

I had a specific time slot to deliver today through Door Dash. Once I began, I accepted and completed an order. Afterwards, the scheduled end time mysteriously changed, prompting me to accidentally end the dash by clicking 'Done' in order to resume. Consequently, I missed out on payment for the completed delivery. Door Dash needs to investigate and reimburse me for this error. I hope this can be rectified promptly to avoid future issues. Two nights ago, I tried DoorDash for the first time using a referral code. I placed an order with Whataburger, located about 15 minutes away from me, with an estimated wait time of 40-50 minutes. After 40 minutes, I noticed my order was on its way. Watching the GPS, I saw the driver take a 10-minute break at an apartment complex nearby. Upon arriving in my neighborhood, despite detailed directions including pictures, she struggled to find my location, driving back and forth on the same street and even stopping for extended periods. Eventually, I received my food, cold and in the rain, without any apology. Reporting the issue, I received a generic apology and a $5 credit for my next order, which I find inadequate given the poor experience, the nearly $20 charge, and the wasted 2 hours of my time. I seek a full refund and a genuine apology from a human representative.

Regarding my concern, I have yet to receive my direct deposit for the month of December, specifically for the period of December 3 to December 9. Normally, I receive my deposits on time through a free weekly transfer to my Huntington bank account ending in [redacted] every Monday, with funds usually arriving within 2-3 business days.
