Hi I’m actually a dasher but I’ve got a couple issues, my first issue is that I’ve been waiting about *weeks to be paid and nothing has come into my account and now I’m screwed on bills I need to pay, I understand it takes *-*days to enter the account but I atleast expected payment * weeks ago and then last week I waited all week to be paid and nothing. This week I’ve been checking non stop all week up until **:**am this morning and still nothing so it’s getting a bit ridiculous now and now I’m getting late fees from other bills that I can’t afford as I’ve been relying on this money to pay for those bills. Not only that, trying to contact doordash seems mission impossible as there is no known number and I’m not even sure if I’m emailing a legit doordash support email right now but I’m running out of options to find a way to contact you guys. My other issue is that I’ve received a *.* rating on my deliver service when I’m ***% certain that I’ve been on time or early to doordash customers. I’ve never been late picking up food and about **% of the time I’m waiting about **minutes for the food to be ready and when delivering from the restaurant to the customer if it says I’ll be there in **minutes I’ll make sure to get there in **-**minutes. The only reason I can think of is there has been * delivery’s I’ve accepted where the delivery from the restaurant has been **-**minutes away to the customer which is out of my hands and to which I was even surprised they were allowed to order from their locations but if I don’t accept **% of deliveries then I don’t get the *$*.** extra which I think is a scam because you’re practically forced to accept all the orders but if it’s a **mile delivery that takes **-**minutes waiting for food plus delivering in rush hour then you get a bad rating for not being there in **minutes which is totally unfair as I feel at that point it’s out of my hands and that I’m actually doing the company a favor as nobody likes accepting the long distance deliverys, I also feel doordash is then indicating that I shouldn’t accept all orders and miss out on the *$*.** so I’m left with the option of either accept all the orders and be subject to being deactivated for receiving under a *.* rating or don’t accept the long distance orders and miss out on the *$*.** in which I need or else I’d be getting about $**$* an hour which doesn’t work out for me, so I was wondering if it was possible to reset my ratings as I don’t think they’re at all accurate and don’t understand why they are under *.* and also wondering if I’d be able to have my money owed transferred today as I have bills to pay
