I keep getting messages on the app requesting an update of bank account information. There was a successful deposit made in October. I have been around and around with tech support. Lots of hot air and empty promises. Seems I am dealing with people who don't know what they are doing and don't want to admit it. I have informed them they need to fix this glitch or contact me so I can set up another method of payment. They owe me four weeks now and seem unable or unwilling to deal with this glitch. I've told them I will seek legal recourse if not paid.
GetHuman-twelveto did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
