I ordered from Cheba Hut on **** and the dasher arrived and didn’t give us an opportunity to pick up the food before leaving. I work at a hospital so it takes a moment to get to the door. The dasher then did not answer calls or texts. We never heard from that dasher again. I spoke with Judy at DoorDash she had the order remade and delivered again. We ordered around *pm and didn’t eat until after *pm. *We had a group of hangry nurses. Judy ensured me that I would not be charged for any of it. The charges are still on my card. I would like this resolved.
