I AM A DASHER. SINCE AUGUST ****, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPDATE MY BANKING INFORMATION FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT. I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT I ORIGINALLY HAD ON FILE, AND HAVE A NEW BANK. YOUR APP WON'T ALLOW ME TO UPDATE MY BANKING INFORMATION - I GET ERROR MESSAGES. I HAVE REACHED OUT NUMEROUS TIMES FOR DASHER SUPPORT AND HAVE RECEIVED NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED THIS ISSUE RESOLVED SO I CAN WORK. YOU ESCALATED IT TO THE SAN FRANCISO OFFICE AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I REMAIN WITHOUT A WAY TO UPDATE MY BANKING INFORMATION AND CAN'T WORK.
