This is about my Average (Cx) Customers Rating. I'm a Dasher and just to be fair about this issue. I love to drive and deliver food. I had be delivering food for *** years. However , when every my rating is high I make more money faster. I also get more doubles and I noticed as time go on you get even triples or quadruples and sometimes the food will be a little late because you had more than one order to drop off. And that leads into bad customer ratings that was not your fault which was not in your control. Also you can just get a bad customer rating even if all the food is there. I think the questions that's being asked to the customer is not the right questions gear for the Dasher. the survey that the customer gets for their Dasher that brought them their food should be designed around how did the Dasher look was he clean did he have your food in the bag did he contact you when he arrived. Furthermore my rate is down terribly for I have no idea or no reason and if we're getting survey we should get some type of receipt of the survey so we'll know what to do better next time. I hope someone gets in touch with me about this issue so we can come together to solve it I think it would be a simple fix if we just change the survey around for our customers for can go accordingly to the drivers. are dashers are getting surveyed on things that's out of their control getting feedback about food being not prepared correctly we should be on the merchant not the Dasher. also my delivery skills is way better than a *.** and this is the only job I have so I'm going to take it seriously and not try to get any low ratings on any caliber because this is how I feed my family this is how I pay my bills this is how I live full-time. Please I'm begging you to fix my ratings.
