Im having multiple Merchants be late on making their orders who I deliver for. As a result my rating has decreased which is not my fault. The deactivation threshold is *.**....and im at *.**....Ive waited more than **mins for my ordersometime longer (I commit to my orders) . My rating should not suffer because of a late order. There is also no feedback at all from customers if in fact their order is incorrect. This Rating system is flawed as it is mostly taking the customers word I have provided less than quality service. These Merchants that decide last last last minute to make my orders need some communication going to their end. Drivers are not happy and canceling orders as a result. Please reply to my message as I had to go through so many hoops to even find a way to reach out...this system needs to be looked at more in depth...I want feedback on my performance SPECIFIC feedback so I can correct the issue please and thankyou.
