When I was close to the customer’s home, I lost signal and was having problems with the app not allowing me to log back in after using my gps. I delivered the food to the customer and left to a place with better signal, but was unable to log in until like **-** minutes later. *When I logged back In, the app will not allow me to complete the delivery. I have been trying to complete the delivery for the past almost * hours now and it will not let me. I contacted support through the app already and they said the delivery has been confirmed, but it will not show up on my completed deliveries or on my dash pay. I tried to contact dasher help multiple times after that, but nobody will answer any of my messages. *I cannot do any more deliveries due to the app being stuck on the current task.
