My name is Karen Williams and this evening I accepted an order for Chipolte on ***. There is no Chipolte on *** in this state. I ended up going to the location on University Ave and placing the order and I then delivered it to the customer. I was considered late on my delivery and lost another point on my ratings. I do not believe that it was fair and I do not believe that the customer was displeased with my service either. I know that we all occasionally make mistakes but I feel that I was sent into one and I seem to be the one that always has to pay with my ratings. Yesterday I was sent to pick up an order from Blaze pizza. According to the app I was early. The manager at the restaurant felt it necessary to give me a heads up because the order had been sitting there for over an hour. I did not know what to do about it so I delivered it. The customer was not happy. Again I paid with a bad customer rating*I feel that the ratings that I receive are not fair to me when they are caused by mistakes that were not mine. Am I the only one that has things like this happen or is someone not happy with my work.
