Hello,*I was told I would get an extra $* for my last two deliveries this evening and I did not receive my extra money. I did two deliveries to specifically reach an extra $**. I do feel tricked in a way, as I would not have taken more deliveries if this wasn’t the case. Furthermore, after an order was placed at Redbones, after I got there, they said they ran out of certain foods. The customer re ordered and they had to start from scratch. I managed to deliver the food on time, but the customer was upset and confused. I was very polite and apologized that redbones ran out of items etc. He seemed understanding and friendly toward me, but then rated me extremely low. It is unfair because I did my job correctly and politely and was on time - as it was not my fault redbones messed up. I am now below a *.** and rely on this employment. Is there anyway to up my rating, if it was beyond my control? And a personal feedback - You have also had me deliver pizza that takes ** minutes at least to make. And the place (multiple times) was confused of why door dash thought they’d be able to make a whole pizza in just a few minutes. Hence I was not on time with deliveries. I am also not pleased with how you can’t see where you are going after you accept an order, as I have a tight schedule and a limited time span in which I can work and really need to plan out my timing... so for us to not be able to see where we are headed, is unfair to our time and schedules.**Thank you,**Ariel Rich
