Hello,*I work for doordash and I couldn’t find any other email to address my concern so I hope it’s okay I’m contacting through this email. I’m concerned about my rating and overall rating on being fast*early. I rely on doordash for most of my income and I really don’t want to get kicked off the app for having a low rating that was probably related to one stressful day or a couple difficult orders. I’d like to raise my rating from *.** to *.* but my on time or early rating is at **% and that concerns me as well because I’m usually late for pick up because of traffic or when I receive an order and accept it the pick up time is for the time already on the clock which doesn’t give me time to get to the restaurant before I’m late. I just wanted to address this issue before I get deactivated because I feel I’m a good driver for doordash I’ve been making $***-$*** a night and I don’t want to lose this gig.
