I am manager with Jasons deli-***-***-****, our computers were not working on a day that your customer ordered and your doordash employee came to pickup order. We manually accepted the card. Upon operation of our computers we entered card number and exp, and it was declined. I have spoke to numourous employees on you customer service line and have failed in all attemps to get any results. What happens in this situation? I need to get paid for food taken out of our restaurant.*Most of the people I speak to have a hard time understanding what I am trying to tell them. They all say that they can't give me a last name and promise to call back in a couple of day, and nothing happens. I have also ask to speak to some one in authority, like a manager or a person in accounts. And no one can help me. I have all information I would assume they need to process card and it continues to decline card. Please have some one contact me. Thank you!
