Their customer service phone number isn't on their website. It's a pain. I checked on get human and didn't find it so I Googled and found it on a very shady-looking website, but my food was over ** minutes late so I called. It was the right number! oO It was Doordash customer service! So the employee told me she would check and call me back. She called me back about * minutes later telling me that there was a dasher assigned to my delivery now. She offered me a $** discount on my next order (which probably won't happen. I usually don't user Doordash, but one of my favorite restaurants is with them so). I asked question kindly about why there's such a delay, she explained to me that a lot of dasher just kept rejecting my order. And so she contacted the dasher assigned to my order to make sure I'd have it. And so, I received my food * hour after the expected delivery time so I waited * hours total for my food and obviously the restaurant had finished my food in a long time so the food came in cold. The User Experience on Doordash is definitely terrible I had almost no control whatsoever on the issue until I found their customer service number on a shady website...!
