This is the first negative experience I've ever had with a DoorDash driver. I wholeheartedly welcome immigrants, but feel they should know how to communicate, and should understand GPS. My address is ** E **th St., Indianapolis, IN, *****. The driver (my phone app said Erica R, but the driver was male) called to tell me he was at the CVS Pharmacy at **** N. Meridian St., which is across the street from my address. He was agitated, and kept talking over me as I tried to explain where my building is, and how to get inside the lobby. I'm currently in a wheelchair as I recover from an injury, and I request on my orders that the driver take the elevator to my floor. With this in mind, I also feel as if I tip adequately enough. I stayed in communication with the driver as he rode the elevator to my floor, and thought he overreacted to the entire situation. He ranted about having to cross the street to get to the building, and practically demanded an extra tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me, which was true.
