Hi there...*I did try to call this evening but of course there was no one there.*I am a dasher and had one order( yes,one order) for my entire shift. *This order was a difficult one.*I was at the restaurant approx ** minutes before I was due. I placed and paid for it. I was told *o mins and that was within my time constraints and they ended up taking another ** minutes,approx.*I called the customer and let her know and she was fine.*But then when it was really late,I contacted live chat.*They called the customer and said all was ok.*This is all recorded I am sure.*When I finally delivered it,I am not sure exactly how late it ended up being at this point*She was very understanding and said she was not going to out me down as late.*Si,when I got home,I see that my late percentage went down * or * percent.*It was already in the yellow from my first two weeks.*This is my first month and frustrated.*Is there any way you can at the very least out the Late percentage back to where it was?*It seems that I get dinged for things that were beyond my control.*In future please tell me how to make sure that I am not marked Kate when the restaurant is not ready but customer is ok with it so I don't get penalized?*Thanks for listening.*I do try very hard and can't seem to win.*I probably should have waited and called tomorrow but I wanted to send this while it was fresh in my mind.*Kevin
