Hello dear door dash staff*Last night... I went to extreme distress to try to deliver food from Wasabi restaurant to an unknown location on Breezewood ct. I drove around in circle from greenbelt road to **th street, back- then to Spring Hill., turned on cherrywood ln- cherrywood Terrace. After talking to two very unprofessional costumers support. I was told that the order is canceled “sorry”. You have to pay me for all that driving. It’s simple. This is not a volunteer, it is paid work. I spent half full tank yesterday from *:**- *:** pm doing nothing but * very harsh deliveries. I am not asking for a settlement here, and I am willing to put aside the fact that the stress that put on my health last which resulted in my thyroid being swollen to this minute. I have a picture. And also putting aside that I had to go to Bowie out of the dash area I signed for. I mean it’s obvious you are not unaware of the conditions that we drivers put ourselves through to do this. But since we agree and I have signed my privacy of my whole phone and personal data to you, I am managing the job. But I have to get paid. It is illegal to withhold pay as a punishment to your employee. You want me to text while driving right? People out there still don’t know that. Citizen and lawmakers alike don’t know. So while I agree to jeopardize my life, and others for the change you toss at me. You will have to pay me for doing this job with the proficiency I do it with to make it sAfe for me and others no thankx to your system. I have to get paid for this customer who claims I wasn’t there, when I sweat bullets walking in * aprt complex trying to find her. *I am writing you humbly to come to your senses and pay me for the work done plus extra straining I did to get it done to best of abilities. Simply asking you to do what is right. *Thankx
