I had an order yesterday with missing items. The online system to report that error was difficult to use on my mobile device. When I didn't see any activity on my bank to confirm the refund I requested yesterday I assumed it didn't go through. So I went through the process again and this time it offered door dash credit or to refund my card. I chose the refund to my card option. So I investigated further and I have a credit on my door dash account instead of having it sent to my card. I am frustrated there is no easy way to contact a live person to try to resolve this issue. I am frustrated that I had to give up trying to find a way to contact customer service on doordash.com and instead am using a *rd party site that hopefully will allow this issue to be resolved. I also would very much prefer not to have doordash credit and just want the money back for the item I ordered that never arrived.
