Hello my name is Kim-Au Le and I am a Dasher. On August **, **** I completed a delivery to Batch ** for $*.**. That order was completed within the $* bonus time frame (** AM to * PM). I understand in order to get the $* bonus my acceptance rate has to be **%. At about **:** PM I received and order to Mike Anderson’s in Gonzalez. I signed up for deliveries in Baton Rouge (which consists of Baton Rouge, Baker, and Zachary area). I know there is a separate area*map for the Gonzalez area. Not sure why I got that delivery request when it’s not the area I signed up for and ** minutes away. With that being said I declined that delivery and subsequently loss my $* bonus. May I be reimbursed the $*? Thank you again
