I was doing a pick up for delivery at a McDonalds in Long Branch. The cashier warned me that the Door dash Red Cards are often declined. Sure enough it was declined and I attempted to contact someone at door dash for assistance. I had to open a chat window and wait. I was number ** on line ! after an eternity and pissing everyone else behind me I was told to either pay for the order myself or face the consequences of not finishing an assigned delivery. I had to pay for the meal myself....( about * bucks )...I am still trying to get reimbursed. Trying to talk to someone is an exercise in futility. I have spent * hours trying to resolve this,,,,,* hours I could be delivering !! Door Dash is unreliable...I cant recommend this anymore to a friend..SORRY...I am here to earn money...not spend it...they owe me big time for this...the mob behind me in line wanted to beat me up...I was the only white guy in the place!!
