Hello! *My name is Priscilla. I just got robbed out of the money I earned this morning. Someone called me from San Mateo California so I answered because I know door dash calls from random numbers sometimes and I was on an order at the time of the call. So I answered thinking it was doordash calling about the order. They’re calling to tell me I had to cancel my order. And that he was going to explain to me that he had to verify my account because dashers were supposedly using other dashers accounts. Anyway I gave him my info so he can verify. He just asked for my email. If he asked for a password I’m sure it would have dawned on me that i was getting scammed a lot sooner. Anyway when I hung up the phone I got an email saying a card was added to my account and when I went to look at my daily earnings it said I was cashed out for the day. *I’m really really frustrated right now because I need every cent I earn through doordash. I’m a college student so every cent helps me. That’s a reason I do this job and I haven’t had any issues like this for the * years I’ve been working with doordash. I’m wondering if there is anything you can do? I’m paranoid to use my app now because I’m hoping they don’t take more money if I do further dashes. The amount that was stolen was $**.**. Can I use this dasher account that I have? Please if you can get back to me I would really appropriate it!
