Hi. I am Roni Odediran, a dasher. I am writing to make known my grievances towards the company. *This morning, I was received an order to go pick up a meal at top of the mountain diner, which was a **-minute drive by my gps calculation, which I accepted. At the point of parking at the diner, I received a message that the order had been cancelled and reassigned. It seemed to me that I had just wasted my time and gas on the road for no reason. Within few minutes, the same order was reassigned to me again at a lower charge. I accepted it and delivered the order accordingly. *To my surprise, when I was given the second order in afternoon to go to great china, which I recieved, gps calculated the distance to be ** mins. I hurriedly went to the restuarant and as it occurred in the morning, the same exact incident happened in the afternoon. Getting to great China car park, the order was cancelled and reassigned. With this, I called customer care all to no avail. I decided to log off from the app.*If this is the way the company decides to treat dashers, you may end up folding up soon. I just counted today as a day where I lost time, energy, finances and gas because of a cancellation of an order from the company which I honored.**I just hope this situation is looked into and resolved before more harm is done than the good already established.
