Hello ,*I’m a dasher- I got an order and immediately I had a woman mad at me on the phone that she was waiting over ** min for her order. I explained that I just got the order and someone must of passed on the order. The order was to Chuck E. Cheese. I went there Chuck E. Cheese tells me that they didn’t receive an order. One of the employees said that’s been happening a lot today. So I told them to call DoorDash to fix that problem and told the customer that they didn’t receive It and they were having problems with there system. It was about a $* order and it took me ** min to get there. I feel that no only should I receive the $* for accepting the order but extra compensation for the trouble and the gas I used.
