Can Door – update its programming so that the delivery time requested is in the time zone of the recipient (rather than the time zone of who called the order in, as it stands now)?

Get DoorDash to upgrade their app programming ... I asked for today’s delivery to be at *:** p.m., but the email receipt I received said it would be delivered between *:** and *:**. That is too late for little kids! Can you help me quickly, please?
If someone in another time zone orders for a delivery to friends or family, the app sets the delivery time based on the time zone of the caller – not the recipient! This doesn’t make sense!
Update your app programming, please!
I’ve only used Door Dash four times so far, but my hope is to use it more often to support our daughter and her four children in another town.
