I am a Dasher. On Sunday ******* I had ended my dash and about ** minutes later I received a text message for an order I needed to pick up after I ended it and made it home. About * minutes later I got another text message that it had been reassigned because I declined it. This caused my ***% acceptance rate to decrease to **% because the app is saying I declined it even though I has ended the dash I was on.
GetHuman-cslynn did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
